As per the circular it mandatory to have his or her PRN number for every student before coming Exams.

4.      Reserved Category students have to attach Caste Certificate.
5.      It is compulsory to attached question paper and gazette copy to forms.
6.      No form will be accepted after the prescribed dates.

Revaluation, Photocopy,Verification Form (Dec-2016) and     A.T.K.T Exam Form submission  
ME-CIVIL SEM-I & II (CBSGS) Examination: 1st HALF 2017

All the students of the examinations are hereby informed to follow the following schedule for examination form submission without fail.

Procedure and Instructions:
1. There is no eligibility criteria/minimum mark criteria applying for revaluation/photocopy. Even a student who has secured zero marks in particular subject can also apply for revaluation.                                                                         2. Students have to collect applications for Revaluation and Photocopy from Exam cell OR download from 'www.aiktc.org' and fill the form correctly and submit it as per schedule in Exam cell TIMING 9AM to 12PM.
3. Check your fee receipt no. and amount paid, only after confirming your details, put your signature on the list. No claims will be entertained after given date and time.
4. It is mandatory to submit a xerox of marksheet/gazette, question paper along with application to the Exam Cell Clerk.
5. Highlight the subjects on your marksheet/gazette copy in which you are applying for Reval and/or Photocopy.
6. Pay fees strictly as per the schedule & at the respective counters only
7. Fee receipt is the acknowledgement of payment of fees and not the acknowledgement of the completion of ATKT/Reval/Photocopy process. Student’s signature on the list available with EEC clerk   is mandatory.
8. Fees: REVAL (For Open Rs. 510/- & SC/ST/ DT NT Rs. 260/-) /Photocopy For Open Rs. 110/- & SC/ST/ DT NT Rs. 60/-)
9. Bring exact amount to avoid inconvenience.
10. Reval & Photocopy Forms will not be accepted beyond schedule.
11. In case of any discrepancy in the photocopy i.e. mistake in total/ grand total, unassessed part of question/ sub question, you can apply in a prescribed format along with a copy of question paper within 3 working days from the date of notice by the exam cell, otherwise there will not be any reassessment after photocopy.
12. No claims will be entertained after the given date and time.
13. Always keep a photocopy/Image of revaluation form submitted to exam cell till the result are displayed, to avoid any inconvenience in future.
